The wine is a great example of how these two Spanish varieties complement each other. Berry, dark rose and spice notes frame the palate in a medium weight, juicy wine. It is well balanced and supported by fine tannins and structural acid.
The wine was fermented in open-top vessels to gently extract varietal flavour, perfume and natural elegant tannin. It was matured for 17 months in a combination of 2nd and 3rd fill French and American oak barriques.
